These speeds would be considered moderately fast paced and would require some previous riding time to be able to stay up with group. Unfortunately we have not had great success with 12-16mph group so we will be removing that group from this ride.

Camp Cove riders leave from Deerfield Beach (The Cove/Hillsborough, 1 block west of A1A, 1754 SE 3rd Ct) heading either north or south on A1A. Weekly rides are usually 35-60 miles and consist of 15-20 regulars with speeds of 18-22 mph with flexibility of faster and slower pace lines and distance depending on training schedule and collective group skill.
